Requirements:

• Knowledge of using Customily software (training will be provided for those with no experience).
• Basic understanding of English.
• Careful, detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of good teamwork.

Job Description:

• Upload and create custom designs, option sets for printed products via the Customily app.
• Resolve any issues related to product operations.
• Other tasks as assigned by the leader.

Working Hours:

• From 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• Lunch break: 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
• Monthly off-days: The second and last Saturdays of the month.

Office Locations:

• Long Vân Office: 2nd & 5th Floor, No. 37/2/6, Street 12, Quarter 3, An Khánh Ward, Thủ Đức City, Ho Chi Minh City (Old District 2).
• HQ Office: 3rd Floor, No. 9 Trần Não Street, Quarter 3, An Khánh Ward, Thủ Đức City, Ho Chi Minh City.
