RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT INTERN/ EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

• Ensure ideas (design, messaging, etc.) consistently align with the spirit of the 365Rustic brand.
• Identify idea triggers and clearly communicate them to designers and media teams to produce high-quality products.
• Achieve the set targets and goals for ideas, sales, etc., outlined for the month.
• Guarantee ideas meet aesthetic standards, copyright, and trademark requirements.
• Maintain and grow the loyal customer base by regularly producing ideas.
• Foster team collaboration, helping and supporting members to understand the brand and customer base.

Job Requirements:

• Stay updated on major annual events.
• Deeply understand audience insights for each niche or platform (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
• Possess strong knowledge of the product (quotes, clipart, physical characteristics, contexts) to leverage relevant factors that resonate with niches and evoke customer emotions.
• Know how to captivate audiences through hooks (e.g., engaging video openings) that evoke empathy, excitement, or other emotional responses.
• Be knowledgeable about the market and competitors.
• Stay updated on external market trends and identify emerging ones.
• Fully understand platform laws to ensure ideas comply with copyright, trademark protection, community standards, etc.
• Have a solid grasp of the unique characteristics and algorithms of each platform to create viral content.

Authority:

• Handle all matters related to ideas and print files.
• Decide on niche and channel development plans approved by leaders or managers.
• Propose the development of additional channels or niches outside of agreed-upon plans with upper management.
• Independently produce ideas.
• Directly contribute feedback to the leadership team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, with preference given to candidates from Economics, Foreign Trade, or Engineering fields.
• Priority for candidates from technical-related disciplines.
• Proficient in English, especially in reading and writing.
• Dynamic, creative, and proactive in work.
• Strong independent research skills and understanding of user behavior.
• Good work attitude, meticulousness, and a strong sense of responsibility; willing to work overtime (with allowance) as requested by the team lead.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday (off on the second Saturday and the last Saturday of each month).
• Working hours: Morning: 8:00 AM – 11:30 AM. Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM (1.5-hour lunch break)
