JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan, execute, and manage conversion campaigns for the US, EU markets, etc., on Facebook and TikTok platforms.
- Research and analyze target audiences and user behaviors to develop effective advertising strategies.
- Create and optimize various types of ads (videos, images, carousel, collections, etc.) to achieve the goals of each campaign.
- Monitor, analyze the effectiveness of ad campaigns, report results, and propose improvements.
- Propose creative ideas to increase customer engagement and conversions.
- Keep up to date with new trends and algorithms of Facebook and TikTok to optimize ad effectiveness.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth implementation of ad campaigns.
- Prepare reports and build Dashboards to track overall ad spending efficiency.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, International Business, or related fields.
- Preferred candidates with at least 6 months of experience in Facebook and TikTok advertising.
- Proficient in Facebook and TikTok ad tools (Ads Manager, Business Suite, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of other marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficient in Google Sheets.
WORKING HOURS
- Monday to Saturday (Off on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month).
- Working hours: Morning from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Afternoon from 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM (1.5-hour lunch break).
WORK LOCATION
- HQ Office: 3rd Floor, No. 9 Trần Não Street, Quarter 3, An Khánh Ward, Thủ Đức City, Ho Chi Minh City.
